2024Pikachu leaps across a stadium while Mew floats above the crowd in Atsushi Furusawa's illustration. Japan's Pokémon Card Gym campaign introduced 197/SV-P on 2 September 2024 as an extra participation reward. The artwork makes an event invitation feel like a glimpse of the battle already underway.
The announced campaign ran through 31 December 2024 at participating locations, with supplies limited. Eligible events included Gym Battles and Trainer's League, alongside other listed activities. A player received one card for each eligible event participation, in addition to the usual event prizes, tying this promo directly to showing up and playing.
