2024Paldean Fates brought Shiny Pokémon to the English Scarlet & Violet card series in January 2024. Its Special Illustration Rare Mew ex is numbered 232/091, beyond the main checklist. The publisher preview specifically identifies USGMEN's blue Mew as Shiny.
Collectors call this artwork Bubble Mew. A large white circle frames the smiling Pokémon above green hills and water, while small Pokémon look on below. The English card is a separate wishlist entry from the collected Japanese silver-background Mew ex 327/190, with different artwork, language and numbering.
