2000This Celebi comes from Japan's third Neo Premium File in 2000, part of the card era built around Pokémon Gold and Silver. It belongs to the period before Japan changed its card-back design in July 2001. The compact illustration and yellow border place it firmly among the original Japanese cards.
Sumiyoshi Kizuki paints a bright Celebi beneath a dark, leafy canopy. The card's single attack combines damage with healing, a fitting small detail for its woodland subject. At Level 14 with 50 HP, this is a different Celebi design from the later movie promo, even though both display the Pokédex number 251.
