2002Shining Mewtwo belongs to Neo Destiny, the final main expansion of the Neo series. The English set arrived in February 2002. Numbered 109/105, Mewtwo is one of the Shining cards placed beyond the main checklist, with Hironobu Yoshida credited as illustrator.
The reflective treatment follows Mewtwo's body, outstretched hand and curling tail while the violet background remains matte. This gives the figure a silver, blue or green appearance as light changes. The displayed English reference is unlimited, without the First Edition stamp.
